The development will consist/consists of: 1. A new above-ground, treated water service tank with a storage capacity of 608m3 with an overall height of 6.1m (5.0m without safety railings) including: a. Concrete tank; b. Dual compartment; c. Connection pipework; d. Scour and overflow pipework; e. Handrailing and access staircase. 2. A new weather-proof enclosure (3.8m x 3.0m x 3.0m) to house new chlorine dosing system and associated dosing chamber. 3. 16 no. solar PV panels to be mounted on the new service reservoir roof slab (static & south-east facing); 4. Ancillary works, including: a. Associated ground works; b. Footpaths and vehicle turning area; c. Below-ground dechlorination chamber; d. Mechanical and electrical service connections; e. Modifications to the existing electrical control system to support new works; f. Extension to the existing 2.4m high fence around the existing storage site, to incorporate the expanded site; g. Upgrade of existing entrance gate to 7m; 5. Associated temporary works including temporary compound area for the construction period; 6. Associated works including landscaping and biodiversity net gain. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application.
