The €49 incl. VAT site report has a 14-day consumer refund route. If the report is not useful, contact us within 14 days with the Stripe receipt email and report reference.Where a digital report has already been delivered, we will still review refund requests fairly and promptly. Abuse, repeated purchases, or use inconsistent with the service may be refused where legally permitted.Subscriptions
Subscriptions will be managed through Stripe Billing and the Stripe customer portal. Users can cancel future renewal through the portal when subscriptions are enabled.Partial-month subscription refunds are handled case by case unless required by law or a specific offer.How to request
