  • 2Shed, slatted area, silage pit and retaining walls design and construction standards shall comply with Dept of Agriculture and Food specifications S100, S101, S109, S123 and S128.Design Materials
  • 3Effluent and soiled water shall be directed to and collected in an effluent storage tank per Dept of Agriculture and Food specifications S123 and S129.Wastewater Drainage
  • 4Effluent or soiled water shall not flow onto adjoining property or enter any stream, drain, ditch, watercourse or overflow tanks.Wastewater Drainage
  • 5Uncontaminated surface run-off from roofs and paved areas shall be collected separately from effluent and disposed of to an approved watercourse per Dept of Agriculture and Food specification S129.Wastewater Drainage
  • 6Effluent shall not be spread on land where gradient or weather conditions risk runoff to watercourses.Wastewater Drainage
  • 7Disposal or disturbance of asbestos in existing structures shall be carried out per appropriate regulations, supervised by a qualified person, and removed by an authorised waste contractor.Compliance
