The extension projects past the end wall of the main two storey residential dwelling (3) Planning Permission for Retention to demolish existing single storey pitched roof detached garage building (4) Garage Building: (a) Planning Permission for Retention of the as built concrete base for the new detached single storey garage building and (b) Planning Permission for the construction of a new detached single storey pitched roof garage building to sit on the as built concrete garage building base (5) and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development.
