  • 4Roof must be natural quarry slate, slate effect, or slate/flat tile in black, dark grey, or blue/black. No neo-Georgian plastic glazing bars. Walls must be nap plaster with natural local stone facing. Dormers require painted plaster finish. No floodlighting permitted.Design Materials
