On behalf of the Receiver of Cafferkey Investments Ltd (in receivership), Beaux Walk Properties Ltd ( in receivership), certain assets of Barry Boland and certain assets of Tim Brosnan for development which consists of the following: (1) Modifications to Shopping Centre Unit No. 40a to provide for (a) subdivision of that retail unit into two separate retail units; (b) modifications to existing internal mall shop front to provide for two separate shop fronts pursuant to that subdivision; (c) repositioning of existing external door on the northern ground floor elevation; (2) Provision of new roof mounted service-plant on the existing roof of retail unit No. 37, together with new external stairwell to roof level to provide service access to that new roof mounted service-plant; and (3) all ancillary site development works
