Replace the existing metal roof on the coach house with a traditional slate roof. Upgrading of existing entrance road and main entrance on the R463 public road. Upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment system with installation of a new P6 Advanced Aeration waste water treatment unit and pumped drip feed infiltration system, to cater for 4-bedroom accommodation capacity. The buildings are within the curtilage of a protected structure. Repairs and maintenance works to existing stone bridge and open drains and culverts within the curtilage of the dwelling and all associated site works
