To carry out the following development: 1) Change of use and sub-division of an existing industrial unit ( Carpentry workshop and Showrooms ) into separate units as follows: a) Civil Defence Headquarters, Fleet Storage Depot, Training Room and ancillary office accommodation, (b) Incubation / Enterprise space. (c) Records Management Centre and associated storage. 2. Erect a 10 metre high Ultra High Frequency radio antenna for Civil Defence communications. 3. Carry out alterations to existing elevations, to include new windows, canopies and door openings and install associated signage. 4. Connect to existing onsite services ( a number of separate connections for water, wastewater and electricity ). 5. Construct new boundary wall. 6. Create an entrance on eastern boundary of the site. 7. Associated site works and signage
