19222: To carry out the following works: 1. Remove existing tile roof over main dwelling area and incorporate two new dormer windows and one velux roof light to front of new slated roof. 2. Provide new slated pitched roof over annex to side of dwelling house ( north side) to include velux roof light to front. 3. Provide new flat roof extension to rear of dwelling house. 4. Remove old boundary walls to the south and west and rebuild as shown to a height of 1.8 metres. Walls to be built in stone. 5. New stone panels to be incorporated to front of dwelling. 6. Carry out all ancillary site works
