For development which will consist of; a redesign of a permission previously granted under Planning Reference 19/410 for alterations and an extension to the existing dwelling, including demolition of the existing 1960s extension, raising the existing roof by 1.2m, internal layout changes, replacement of windows, doors and finishes, an extension with a mezzanine of 48 m2 and the replacement of the sewage treatment system and alterations to site works and services. The new application will consist of; 1.) the demolition of the existing 1960s rear extension to the existing dwelling, 2.) the construction of a 2-storey extension to the rear, 3.) the construction of a single storey outbuildings link to the front, 4.) the renovation of the existing outbuildings as part of the main dwelling, 5.) the replacement of all external windows and doors, 6.) revised internal layout to include 5 bedrooms, 7.) renovation of the existing roof and new roofs to outbuildings, 8.) driveway for vehicle access and parking and 9.) new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works above and below ground. This is a Protected Structure, situated within the estate of Cahiracon House (NIAH NO. 20406901, RPS NO. 446)
