The proposed development will include: a) The construction of a new wall and entrance gates to the existing Gardener's Yard. b) The installation of a prefabricated storage container in the existing Gardner's Yard. c) The demolition and rebuilding of the existing greenhouse in the Walled Garden. d) All ancillary site works.
