Milking Parlour: Conversion of attic for shared residential accommodation, altering elevations. Gardener’s Cottage: Demolition, extension, altering elevation, division of cottage to provide 2no residences, permission to use residences for short term let. Calf House & North Stables: New gates. Main House: demolition, lift extension, altering elevations, change of use to exhibition and ancillary offices. South Coach House: Change of use to ticket office, tea room, ancillary office and storage. Forge & Dovecote: Electrical services. Doyle’s Cave & Slate House: New roof, altering elevations, change of use to WCs. South Stable & Barn: Demolitions, extension, altering elevations, permission to use as café and heritage display area. Engine House: New roof, electrical services. Visitor WCs: New service connections. Front Lodge: Demolition, reinstating elevations, permission to use residence for short term let. C) New Buildings: - Construction of 2 new service buildings in the kennel yard; new working depot to the north of Middle Avenue including 1 new staff building and 2 open sided maintenance sheds. D) Services: - Construction of new waste water treatment plant and percolation area to north of Middle Avenue including 1 service shed; new water main and fire water storage tank; new rainwater harvesting tanks; new soakaways; new ESB main and substation; below ground ducts for new site services, new waste water treatment unit for front lodge.
