The development will contain an administration building, inlet works, rotating biological contactors, final settlement tanks, sludge pump stations, sludge thickening, storm tank, attenuation/infiltration tank, tertiary treatment, primary settlement tanks, outfall flume, flow distribution chambers, chemical storage area, access road, 2.4 meter high boundary fence and access gate, landscaping, and all associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground. 2. The construction of a new Pump Station at Timoleague to transfer flows to the proposed new WwTP in Cullenagh, Courtmacsherry. The development will contain a valve chamber and foul sump, a storm tank, control kiosk, chemical dosing unit, demountable lifting davit, flood protection works, 2.4 meter high boundary fence, access gate, hardstanding areas, landscaping, and all associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground. 3. The construction of a new Pump Station at Sea Road, Courtmacsherry to transfer flows to the proposed new WwTP in Cullenagh, Courtmacsherry. The proposed pump station will be constructed on the site of the existing septic tank and will contain a valve chamber and foul sump, a storm tank, control kiosk, lifting davit, 2.4 meter high boundary fence, access gate, hardstanding areas, landscaping, and all associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground. Demolition of the septic tank and associated building. 4. Demolition of the septic tank at St. Joseph’s Place. 5. Provision of a sewer network within Timoleague and Courtmacsherry that includes gravity mains in Courtmacsherry and Timoleague Villages rising mains extending from the new pump stations to the WwTP at Cullenagh, Courtmacsherry and from the WwTP to the exiting outfall at the new pump station at Sea Road, Courtmacsherry.
