To demolish an existing two storey ruined dwelling house and construct the following a) a new two storey 14 bedroom extension to the northern side of the exisitng bedroom block which include 3 no. private bedrooms to the eastern side of the ground floor 2) modifications to the new second floor previoulsy granted permission under register reference 50041/05, which consist of the private bedroom and stairwell being replaced by a new stair and lift lobby. 3) modificatins to the external facade of the escape stairwell previously granted permission under register reference 50041/05 4) The provision of a boiler/store adjacent to teh escape staircase underneath the new bedroom block
