Development of site commonly known as the monument site which is located between The Bungalow and Waterside in Worlds End, Kinsale. Permission to build one 1 bedroom house on two storeys with two small outdoor patio gardens, one to the rear and one to the front of the house. Every effort in design has been made to respect the rights of adjoining premises. The existing plaque on the monument, which commemorates the people of this area who fell in the First World War will be mounted on a stone tablet at the front of the site and incorporated into a drinking fountain for local people and visitors
