Alterations & elevational changes to include: (a) Unit 1 to be used as a food distribution centre, with the introduction of a dock-leveller to western end of the building, a canopy & van loading platform to the front of the building to include 5no. roller shutter dooors, (b) Unit no.2, the removal of existing roller shutter door to be replaced with 2no. windows & new pedestrian dooor to replace existing window
