The changes to building H are as follows: 1) The addition of a third floor plant room to Building H and the omission of 5 no. apartments on the first and second floors and change of use of first floor to retail/commercial (221sqm) and change of use of second floor to offices/commercial (221sqm), therefore no change in floor area. There is an overall increase in height of the building to accommodate services. Building H will be built as part of Phase 1 of 5 phases of construction of the existing planning permission ref. no. 50005/07
