Permission for refurbishment and extension of an existing dwelling house which includes demolition of the eastern gable wall and part of the southern external wall at No. 1A Bridget's Street, Fermoy. These walls are to be re-built adjacent, but independent of the existing East and Southern boundary walls. Existing single storey structures to the rear are to be raised to two storey level at No. 1A and some existing windows on thenorthern elevation shall be re-positioned. Retention is also sought for an existing extension to be completed as part of the development at the rear of No. 1 Bridget's Street.
