Permission for development will consist of the construction of a two and three storey building at a site at the junction of Allen's Walk & Thomas Street, Fermoy, Co. Cork. The proposed building will consist of 15no. 2 bed apartments. The proposed building is 2 and 3 storeys above Allen's Walk street level - a parking undercroft is also proposed on a lower ground level. Planning permission is also sought for the various balconoies necessary to provide private open space to the individual residential units, the provision of associated parking and a vehicular access from Allen's Walk, ancillary site works and landscaping and connections to all relevant public services.
