The application includes for a change of use of the existing attic conversion from storage use to tuition classes. The development also includes additional on site car parking, landscaping, lighting and ancillary site works including underground services and extended boundary treatments. The development is facilitated by a new foul sewer to be laid across the public open space to connect to the local authority sewer at Woodview Court.
