Construction of new reinforced concrete effluent holding tank covered with slatted concrete slabs within an existing farm building and all associated works. The effluent holding tank will be located in the ground underneath the floor level of the existing building which is used for the keeping of livestock and there will be two access points to the effluent tank on either side outside of the building for the purpose of agitating and emptying.
