The first floor (2070 sqm) comprises of retail area and the second floor (1745 sqm) comprises of offices and associated ancillary accommodation. The vehicular access road will be from the existing entrance at the junction of Clarke Street/Inchydoney Road. This development also includes 117 car parking spaces (100 for the discount retail store), extension to existing boardwalk, plant rooms, signage and all associated siteworks, (Change of plan from previous granted planning ref. no. 50005/07)
