(a) New pedestrian corridor connecting the production areas of Operations Building 1 (OPS 1) to Operations Building 2 (OPS 2) consisting of a single storey corridor to facilitate personnel moving between the Operations Buildings with a local first floor crossover which will include stairs and personnel lifts to provide access for non-production personnel crossing the new corridor. The development will consist of a total area of 142 square metres at ground floor level and 64 square metres for the first floor cross-over and plant room and height of 10.300 metres. Associated site works will consist of paths and landscaping. (b) Change of use of existing switch room building S900 (total area of 53 square metres) to general use by factory personnel for small part stores and changing facilities.
