The development will consist of:- (A) The retention of permission for (i) the use of part of the former industrial premises for the sale and storage of re-usable metal materials and (ii) a portacabin for ancillary office use; and (B) Permission for (i) the use of the premises for the recovery of End-of-Life Vehicles [ELVs] and ferrous and non-ferrous metals, (ii) internal and external storage of metals, (iii) depollution of ELVs, (iv) segregation, cutting and baling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, (v) a new internal office, (vi) a 2 metre high palisade fence on the eastern boundary and (vii) all site development works including hard surfacing and surface water drainage
