1. Construction of 5 no. tennis courts, complete with boundary fencing, fencing between the courts and the erection of 8 no. floodlights of 12 metres height to the tennis courts; 2. Construction of a two storey clubhouse of 226 sq.m. consisting of toilet and changing facilities, stores, a meeting room, ancillary office and kitchen, and a first floor balcony viewing area; 3. An access roadway of 4.8 metres width complete with 1.5 metre wide footpath to connect to the clubhouse and courts from Ferney Road. The access road will also include public lighting and drainage provision; 4. The proposed development also includes connection to existing services and all associated site works
