The work involves the relocaton of the main doorway to the corner, alterations to existing shop front to include a curved fascia as the corner, the addition of pillars to visually connect the shop front to the upper floors and a seperate shop front at the extreme left of the Pearse Street elevation. The replacement of 3 numbet shop windows in hardwood and the building of new stall boards in line with the wall surface plus the plastering of the existing brickwork.
