Permission is further sought for a detached garage, alterations to boundary treatments and access arrangements, landscaping and site works. Existing foul, surface, and water connections to number 4 Rosewood Manor are to be retained to facilitate the enlarged development, as previously permitted and amended under planning reg. no.'s 07/7063, 08/4214, 09/4709 and 10/4972
