10 Year Permission to demolish part of existing building and construct an extension to its existing manufacturing facility at Gortnagrough, Ballydehob, Co. Cork. The works comprise of the demolition of a single storey office building extension 386.8sqm and 2 no. pump houses totalling a combined area of 16.1sqm. to the south and west of the manufacturing building. The construction of a manufacturing workshop 437.6sqm to the west of the existing building. Construction of a two storey office and manufacturing building to the south of the existing building incorporating part ground floor manufacturing 417.7sqm. with office use on part ground floor 287.6sqm. and 701.8sqm. on the first floor (total extension area 1844.7sqm.). The works include the part re-cladding of the existing warehouse with natural stone and the construction of 12 no. visitor car park spaces. The construction of an ESB sub station, the erection of new signage totally 4.575sqm. and all associated site works.
