10 Year Permission sought for construction of a small scale production facility. The facility consists of four storey extensions totalling 2774.39sqm in area and 22.2m in height to the south, east and north ends of the existing production building PB1A. The development will comprise production fit-out within the existing PB1A structure and the extensions will include production areas and production support facilities to the south, lift motor rooms and stairs enclosures to the north, service distribution enclosure to the east and enclosed plant room/open plant area at roof level. The existing east/west corridor will be extended to provide 722.65sqm over two storeys and 9.7m in height. A new single storey electrical substation with basement will be provided with a total floor area of 147sqm and 5m in height above ground. The development will include all associated on-site infrastructure.
