Change of use of both the northern corner of the existing single storey detached main former creamery building and the existing single storey detached farmers market building. Both units have an existing commercial/retail use throughout. The northern corner of the main former creamery building is to accommodate a new Amenity Centre with changing and sanitary facilities and the existing farmers market building is proposed to accommodate a cafe with external terrace. The existing farmers market is proposed to be relocated to the main former creamery building. The development will also include the alteration of the entire northern facade of the main former creamery building including the widening of an existing entrance, the construction of a new link between both buildings, new signage and all appropriate site works
