Subdivision of existing SuperValu Supermarket, adjacent to Holland’s Lane (a Protected Structure – Macroom Town Development Plan Ref. RPS 51) to form a new unit of 414.53 sq.m and for change of use of this new unit to Indoor Sports Centre/Recreational use. Alterations to the eastern elevation to form new glazed entrance doors, screen and windows to the new unit under the existing covered walkway leading from the rear SuperValu carpark to Holland’s Lane. The new unit will operate between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm daily. Car parking facilities will be provided in the existing rear SuperValu carpark.
