To develop technician facilities with total gross floor area of 60sq.m. A 3.2m high, 26sq.m cabin will cater for up to four wind turbine technicians with a toilet, kitchenette and a small office for record keeping. Two ISO 20’ shipping containers will be provided alongside the cabin to store equipment, spare parts consumables and lubricants for the turbines. The development will also consist of a standalone generator room that will supply power to the cabin, a storage tank for cold water supply and a buried, sealed waste water storage tank.
