Permission to carry out repairs to the front facade (a Protected Structure). Repairs will include the replacement of first floor timber beams over shopfront which will result in the partial reconstruction of the front facade from first floor level to parapet level, including the careful replication of pediment head mouldings and rendered surrounds and of the corbelled eaves. In addition, all first and second floor windows will be replaced.
