The demolition of some existing structures will be required to facilitate the proposed development. The proposed development will result is an increase in the volume of spent cooling water discharged to the Dungourney River and the remainder of the process water to be discharged will be treated in the proposed expanded waste water treatment plant ptior to discharge to the existing industrial sewer. Access to the proposed development will be via the existing entrance on the Dungourney Road and construction vehicles will access via a temporary construction entrance from the Dungourney Road.
