Increasing the floorspace and raising the height of an existing structure utilised for food processing, together with associated elevational changes and ancillary site works. It is proposed to increase the floorspace of the structure by a total of approximately 210m2 by: constructing new first and second floors in the North-Western annex of the building of approximately 82m2 each; constructing an extension comprising a new stairwell to access the new floors comprising of approximately 16m2; and constructing an extension comprising a new ground floor workshop of approximately 30m2. The height of the structure will increase by approximately 5.5m from 8.6m to 14.075m. All on a site of approximately 0.96 hectares
