An open storage area as an extension of the existing plant hire operation (Planning Ref. no. 13/4762). To include the open storage of plant hire machinery and materials, boundary treatments including erecting a 2.0m high palisade fencing along the Western boundary and inside of existing hedgerows and all associated ancillary site development works. Topsoil from the open storage area will be deposited over the lands adjoining the open storage area to the West in order to improve the quality of these lands which will then be used for agricultural purposes.
