1. Change of use of existing guest house to guest house and ground floor coffee shop. 2. Alteration to front elevation window, ground floor right hand side, to include an additional opening hatch. 3. Construct a fire escape stairs, exiting from first floor room to the rear ground floor yard of the premises. 4. Modify the size of the existing rear yard exit door to the Back Glen roadway, and modified the door, with additional steps, to western rear yard. 5. Erect new hanging sign board, and metal bracket to front elevation. 6. Carry out all associated site works.
