The proposed development provides for the construction of 2 no. data centre buildings as stand alone units (to be built in phases) including ancillary offices with associated structures including a substation building, waste compound, telecoms cabinet (PoP Cabinet) new access off the R623 to provide for independent access, car park, external generator & transformer areas to the west of the proposed data centre and all ancillary works. The proposal will modify part of permission granted under 16/5011, for a data centre development changing the permitted data centre building DC3 from 1 permitted building to 2 no. buildings and associated works.
