Alteration to front elevation (shopfront) and new signage, 3. Demolition of rear single storey extension and single storey shed, 4. Removal of two existing stairs from ground to first floor within the existing building and replace with one new stairs, 5. Widen existing rear vehicle entrance and replace gate with roller shutter door to accommodate additional car parking to rear, 6. All with associated site works and alterations.
