Demolish the existing front (north) facing entrance porch to our existing dwellinghouse and to construct a new two storey extension to the eastern side of our dwellinghouse, with modifications to window arrangements to the north, west and south elevations of the existing dwellinghouse to facilitate the new development, with modifications to the existing entrance piers to facilitate improved sightlines, the replacement of the existing septic tank system with a new waste water treatment unit and percolation area with all associated landscaping and site development works. Retention is also sought for the existing two storey south facing extension to the rear of the existing dwellinghouse
