(a) To carry out external and internal alterations to the disused former licensed premises and disused dwelling house, which includes alterations to the front façade windows and entrance door (south elevation), including the raising of the existing roof, and setting back the existing east gable wall of the building. (b) To include change of use from former licensed premises to dwelling use to be used in ancillary with the existing dwelling use, (c) To demolish the existing rear single storey extensions and construct a two storey extension to the rear of the building, (d) To carry out associated site works which includes the installation of a foul effluent treatment system and percolation area. (e) All said works to facilitate a dwelling use.
