Also permission for (i) alterations to elevations to farmhouse (ii) to convert existing barn building to a two storey granny flat including alterations to elevations, new roof – increase in ridge height and single storey extension to side, demolition of two number attached farm structures and associated siteworks and (iii) the installation of septic tank and percolation area to serve existing farmhouse and proposed granny flat together with the decommissioning of existing septic tank and percolation area.
