Permission for the construction of 6 no. dwelling houses (change of plan and layout to that permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 21/5081 and 17/7138 and ABP-302430-18). The proposed changes to the permitted house types consist of the omission of 2 no. detached and 4 no. semi-detached units and the construction of 6 no. semi-detached units. The proposed changes to the permitted site layout comprises of: 1) the re-alignment of the internal road and visitor car parking spaces, 2) modifications to the layout of the public open space, 3) an increase in area to the private rear garden of unit no. 18, and all ancillary site development works. Access to the L6069 will be provided via the permitted entrance.
