Permission for retention of driveway and site entrance as constructed, representing modifications to the driveway and entrance permitted under application Reg. Ref. 18/5225. Permission for construction of stone filled gabions to support sloped ground from the driveway edge to site boundary, a timber post and rail site boundary fence, 1,000mm high and timber sheeted gates fixed to rendered concrete block piers, 450mm x 450mm in width and 1,000mm high. The proposed development will include all associated ancillary site development works. We note that this development is also subject to an enquiry by Cork County Council's Planning Enforcement Section (Ref: EF/24/04).
