2010/19: Planning permission for a residential development at this site of c. 0.69 hectares, incorporating former Highfield plant nursery located off Highfield Grove, Oaklands Crescent Road and Saint Luke's Hospital service road together with the existing "Primrose Lodge" property at 28A Highfield Grove, all accessed off Highfield Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6.
