Removal of the existing unauthorised office use at the ground floor of the building and reinstatement of the entire building as a single dwelling house. (b.) Demolition of the existing single storey pitched roof extension at the rear of the house and the rear boundary wall of the site. (c.) Construction of a new single storey flat roofed extension to the rear of the house and a new boundary wall along the rear boundary of the site. (d.) Forming new opening between the existing front and rear rooms at ground floor level, along with a new opening into the rear extension area. (e.) Removal of single paned glass to all external windows and replacement with double glazed units. (f.) Removal of single paned glass to all external windows and replacement with double glazed units.
