2815/19: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed development will consist of the following: demolition of the existing two-storey rear extension and the conversion of this three-storey over-basement (four storey) end-of-terrace residential building into an apartment development including a proposed two storey extension to the rear with new pedestrian entrance from Peter Place, all of which will provide a total of 8 no. apartments (4 no. studios, 1 no. 1 bed, and 3 no. 2 beds); balconies/terraces to the north and east elevations of the proposed extension with roof terrace at second floor level; internal and external modifications to the existing structure to facilitate this development and restoration/repair works to existing brickwork, roof, windows and doors.
