3141/23: PERMISSION & RETENTION: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: 1. Retention permission for Change of Use (residential use-single dwelling)(formerly Office). 2. Retention Permission for alterations carried out to include: removal of modern internal partition walls and modern doors, removal of redundant modern services, and removal of modern office fit-out. 3. Renewal of slate roof, renewal of existing gutters. Repairs to parapet walls and chimney stacks including provisions of new chimney pots.
