The proposed development comprises of the reconfiguration of the permitted development to increase bedroom numbers from 99 no. to 101 no., to provide for internal changes and demolition of the rear on No. 27 Dame Street and provision of new shopfronts on Dame Lane and alterations to the permitted shopfronts on Dame Street.
