Block 2 and Block 7 form part of the Griffith Wood Apartment complex, situated at Chambers Avenue, Griffith Wood, Griffith Avenue, Grace Park, Dublin 9. The Planning Authority should please note that this is not an amendment application to the original permitted Strategic Housing Development application submitted to An Bord Pleanála under section 4(1) of the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016 reference ABP-303296-18, which has now been fully constructed and occupied, This is a wholly separate and independent application for new telecommunication infrastructure.
